Hand embroidered linen lampshade.  

Dotted around each lampshade our eight hand embroidered elegant figures, stretching or bathing, evoking warm beaches and lazy days.  This hand embroidered population is pretty and perky in stylised curves, the occasional nipple of a topless sunbather appearing as a simple dot.

Alexandra's Pempelonne fabric has been developed in collaboration with Ricamour Embroideries, a highly skilled team preserving the ancient art of hand embroidery and communities and livelihoods to flourish.  

Each lampshade is completely unique, with a total of 5 embroidered girls wrapping around it.
